Dale Hausner was a serial killer and arsonist from Pheonix. He and his crime partner Samuel Dieteman shot pedestrians, animals and set fire to multiple objects.
Hausner and Dieteman did so under the influence of the drug, methamphetamine. He was booked for 80 felonies out of 87 in a single trial and was sentenced to death 6 times.
