Who Is Asley Kosak From SpaceX?

Asley Kosak is a former employee of SpaceX. She served as a mission integration engineer for almost two years.

Earlier, Asley Kosak joined SpaceX as an intern in 2017. Then, she joined the team as a build reliability engineer in 2019.

Later, Asley was promoted to mission integration engineer of the company. However, she left SpaceX in November this year.

Ms Asley then published an essay in Lioness reporting workplace misconduct with her story to help others in the space industry.

Asley Kosak is now working as an operations program manager for Apple since December 2021.

Sexual Harassment Allegation Against SpaceX

Ashley Kosak claimed a sexual harassment allegation against SpaceX in her essay. She explained her troubling experience in the workplace.

Ashley added how her male co-workers used to trouble and approached her in the essay. She managed to survive in the environment for almost two years.

Ms Kosak alleges that a senior colleague grabbed her butt when she first joined the company. She says her other female friends have also gone through similar issues at SpaceX.

The victim complained about the incident to the senior authority, but the human resource manager never supported them on the reported harassment.

After the publication of Ashley Kosak’s essay, the other three ex-staff of SpaceX have come forward to support her. They claimed there is a culture of sexual harassment in the workplace.
