The friends went to the club Thrill, a nightclub in downtown Chapel Hill, after midnight. They returned home drunk around 2:45 AM.

The neighbor saw them returning to their apartment. After two hours, Rosario went out again with UNC soccer player Jordan McCrary.

She left the door to unlock, After few hours she couldn’t get in touch with Faith and call a friend Marisol Rangel and went to the apartment together.

That’s when they found the body of Faith. Rosario was also under investigation but nothing against her was found.
