Was Kyron Horman Found Dead? 2022 Update

Although there might have been a rumor about Kyron Horman being found dead, it apparently is not true.

In fact, his body has never been found ever since he disappeared, irrespective of the meticulous scrutiny. In addition to that, Kyron’s stepmother Teri was in fact a suspect in the case but detectives were unable to find any physical proof to support this theory.

What Happened To Him?

On June 4, 2010, Kyron was reported missing.

Per the reports, he was taken to school by his stepmother, Terri, who then stayed with him while he attended a science fair. She mentioned that she last saw him walking down the hall into his first-class while on the other hand, it was stated that he was marked absent that day.

Following her daily chores when she mentioned that she was home by 1:21 p.m and she posted photos of Kyron at the science fair on Facebook.

At 3:30 p.m, when she walked with her husband and daughter, Kiara, to the bus stop to meet Kyron, he was not there. Terri called the school to ask about his whereabouts but it appeared that Kyron had not been to school all day and was rather marked absent. She immediately called 911 to report the missing Kyron.

How Old Was Kyron Horman When He Went Missing?

Kyron Horman age was eight years old when he went missing.

He was born in 2002, in Portland, Oregon, to his parents Desiree Young and Kaine Horman, an engineer for Intel. His birthday falls on September 9.

At the time of his disappearance, he was 3 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 50 pounds. According to the source, he was last seen wearing a black CSI t-shirt with green lettering and the picture of a handprint on the front, black cargo pants, white athletic socks, and black Skechers sneakers with orange trim.

Further, he was also wearing metal-framed eyeglasses.

Kyron Horman Parents

Kyron Horman’s parents Kaine Horman and Desiree Young got divorced while his mother was still pregnant with Kyron.

They shared joint custody of their son until 2004 when the mother was diagnosed with kidney failure and Kaine was granted full custody. Following that, Kyron lived with Kaine and his new wife Terri (married in 2007) and their daughter Kara in Portland Oregon. Meanwhile, Kyron was a student at Skyline Elementary School near Forest Park which is merely two miles away from his home.

Further, his mother Desiree also remarried and lived six hours away in Medford, Oregon.
