Tootsie Tomanetz is an American barbecue restaurant owner. She is one of the oldest and finest female pitmasters from Texas. The lady is known for her famous and the oldest style of cooking barbecue. 

Tootsie was born in Texas and wanted to be a nurse. However, due to some problems, she could not fulfill her dreams. Rather, she worked in a fresh meat counter and bought the meat store. On the weekends, she used to barbecue the unsold meat and sell them.

Unfortunately, the woman’s husband was struck by a stroke and they had to sell the meat store. After that, she along with her partner, Kelly opened Snow’s BBQ in 2003. Since then, they are in the bbq business.
