Tobias Vincent Maguire, an American actor, and producer, was born on June 27, 1975. He is most known for playing the title role in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy (2002–2007), which he subsequently reprised in the 2021 film Spider-Man: No Way Home.

In the 1993 film This Boy’s Life, the 1997 film The Ice Storm, Deconstructing Harry, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, he first appeared in supporting parts.
