Tara Setmayer was born to her parents in 1975 in Queens, New York. 

She was raised in Paramus, New Jersey by her mother Jacquelyn Setmayer who is half Italian and half German. Meanwhile, her father’s name remains unknown. Also, there is no further information about her father except for the fact that he is originally from Guatemala. Jacquelyn is a single mother and she had lived in Paramus for ages.
