Russell Pearce Wife: Meet LuAnne Pearce

LuAnne Pearce was the wife of Russell Pearce, a former politician who served as the President of the Arizona Senate. It is not clear when the couple married, but they have been together for several years.

Mrs. LuAnne Pearce filed a petition for divorce in 1980, alleging that Russell Pearce “has a violent temper and has from time to time hit and shoved the wife, when he grabbed the wife by the throat and threw her down.” LuAnne and her husband were later reconciled.

When asked about the allegations many years later, she acknowledged the 1980 petition but categorically denied ever being struck, grabbed by the throat, thrown down, or threatened by her husband, adding that she had no idea how the allegations became part of the court document signed by her under oath.

Her husband, too, denied the allegations. Not much is known about LuAnne Pearce, as she has largely stayed out of the public eye. Russell Pearce, died on January 5, 2023 after falling ill.
