Joshua Saldivar’s family is heartbroken and left unfathomable with the loss of their beloved son and brother.

“Joshua wasn’t a bad kid; he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, said Maria Guadalupe Hernandez, Joshua Saldiver’s mother.

“I don’t wish this on any parents. This situation our whole family is going through. My children, my husband, our family is troubled,” added the heartbroken mother.

Joshua’s mother further stated that she only wanted justice and caught the person responsible for the tragedy.

Joshua’s brother, Angel, described him as a lovely child who smiled a lot and worked hard.

“He was very courteous of other people,” Angel added, saying he doesn’t understand why his beloved brother was snatched from them.

Like his mother, Angel also demanded justice and wanted the authority to catch the criminal still roaming at large.

Furthermore, police believe that someone might have recorded the shooting on their phone or camera because many people were around when it happened.

They also ask people to submit any footage from that night to them, so they can examine it and find clues about the suspect.

The authority said that they were unsure if the shooting was intentional or accidental.
