Gruffudd has been acting since he was just 13 years old.
His first movie was Austin (1986) and also starred in the Welsh language soap opera Pobol y Cwm (People of the Valley) from 1987 to 1994.
When he was 18 years old, he started attending the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London. When he was in his final year at the age of 21 in 1995, he was cast in Hedda Gabler as George Tesma, husband of Hedda, the lead character.
According to sources, he has been cast for a new role in Bad Boys 4. He will play the re of a character named Lockwood; a high-profile attorney running for an election.
The plot of the movie is currently being kept under wraps, however, it is very well known that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will reprise their roles. There have also been reports that they are currently in their fourth week of filming.
They allegedly posted a video of them on set at a location in Miami, where the previous trilogy was filmed.
