Golfer Pair Linn Grant And Her Partner Pontus Samuelsson Share The Same Passion For The Sport

Swedish golfer Linn Grant and her partner Pontus Samuelsson have been dating for more than three years. With a shared passion for golf, the young couple seems to be in a relationship since their high school days.

Linn Maria Grant, born on June 20, 1999, is an accomplished golfer from Sweden who became a professional on August 2021.

Her boyfriend, Pontus Samuelsson, is also a golfer, currently studying as a sophomore at Limestone University. According to the official website of The Limestone Saints, Samuelsson is majoring in Business Administration/Economics and plays golf as a student-athlete.

Being a member of the Swedish national golf team since 2016, she has contributed to her country, finishing as runner-up in 2016 and winning in 2017 at European Girls Championship.

Linn also is the first female golfer to win a battle of the sexes event in 2022. Before that, she used to play golf while attending Arizona State University, where she went on to win four individual titles.

Similar to golfers like Brooke Henderson and many others, Linn is also inspired to play golf following after her father, John Grant, and grandfather, James Grant. Both of them were professional golfers during their time.

Linn Grant and her boyfriend Pontus have been together since high school.

Making her debut in August of 2021, she became a professional golfer creating great tides from the start of her career. Accompanied by her boyfriend Pontus, she had always received the emotional support of having someone you trust.

The young golfer’s boyfriend is even younger than her as she is already 23 years old, based on her date of birth, June 20, 1999. Meanwhile, Pontus Samuelsson’s profile on The Limestone University Saints states that he was born on January 13, 2000. This makes her about six months older than him.

With their minimal age difference, it is safe to say that apart from being lovers and partners on the golf course, they are also best friends who always have each other’s back.
