What happened to the Allstate Mayhem guy?
Dean Winters contracted a very serious bacterial infection In June 2009. Paramedics were the heroes after he went into a cardiac arrest for over two minutes during his transport to a hospital.
Later that year, Dean developed gangrene. This required the amputation of two toes and half of one thumb and ten subsequent operations including a skin graft.
