Dan started earning wealth as a teenager when he formed a band called Vandal. He was born on August 1st, 1968 in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He is a keyboard player as well as an accomplished guitarist. His genres are heavy metal, rock, nu metal, and hard rock. His teenage band Vandal was an 80s style hair band.

He played with members of Vandal in another band called “Loudmouth”. Donegan was on #76 on the Chop Shop’s list of Top 100 Most Complete Guitar Players of all time.
