Cheerleading has been a staple in the NFL for over six decades. It all started in 1954 when the Baltimore Colts brought the Baltimore’s Marching Colts onto the field.

Only eight franchises are without a cheerleading squad in the 2023 season.

The NFL Cheerleading Squads are professional groups that perform choreographed routines and entertain the crowd in the football stadium. The complex choreography, mixed with aerobatics, requires flexibility and core strength, which is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Slender physique, attractive looks, and charming personality are the main components that make cheerleaders “apple of everyone’s eye” and attract attention. When the beautiful cheerleaders are on the field, the fans and players can’t take their eyes off them.
